We are a London based design strategy consultancy predominantly servicing a UK, East and West Africa transnational client network. We are focused on adapting the creative process around our client's services by engaging with their user communities in real time.
OsanNimu 3D Branding and Packaging Design was established by Ayodeji Alaka and Eseri Nsubuga Alaka in 2005. We make connections between our clients and their user communities through exploratory user learning workshops, product packaging, brand communication, digital products and interactive media.
Independent project team members come from backgrounds that include project management, product design, property management, packaging design, design engineering, programming, interaction design, graphic communication, qualitative research, illustration, photography and copywriting. We support and partner with specialist brand strategy, architecture and project management firms in London, Kampala and Lagos respectively.
Project team structure has relatively few layers of hierarchy. Five areas of responsibility are each looked after by a project leader: project resourcing, remotely located work, project development, design and strategic collaboration. While the whole team contributes to creative processes, each project is managed by a project leader, in close contact with client staff.
We enjoy thoughtful dialogue with clients around experiential processes and functional issues that create real value. By tapping into the motivation behind participation this approach helps to design out artificial constructs and evolve outcomes into expressions of dialogue between project participants and reality.
We believe design strategy is an investment in inquisitiveness, imaginative thinking, idea generation and creative advantage. These in our view are catalysts for culturally sensitive and self sustaining community engagement. With a collaborative development model, and an international creative network, we align emerging markets product and service values with transnational market opportunities.
