In facilitating the creation, or review, of people's experience across product and service channels we think creatively
about how to capture their imagination, by design.
The choice people make whether it is about services, products and a mix of both
generally depends on their motivational context, available alternatives
and their intrinsic needs. This is where cues a brand associates with
its service and product become critical to people's acceptance or adoption.
We believe it is important to understand historical contexts of a service and
or product brand. Equally critical are our ability to pick up on micro-trends
rather than huge shifts in people's behaviour.
It is helpful to get producers
and their user communities to own voices that describes scenes in which they are key players. These becomes a creative tool designed to inform how clients facilitate long term relationships with their audience.
One of our initial projects include design template production for Cineplex Movie Theatres in Kampala.
Ongoing projects include visualisation worksessions to support the development of Toulou Organics UK Ltd's evolving product range,
managing the development
of design assets for Ecolight UK Ltd and engaging in an editorial design, positioning and publishing project with the Association of Consulting Engineers of Nigeria.
